
David Pykare
Lead Pastor
David became our Senior Pastor in January of 2023. He previously served at Fowler as our Youth and Young Adults Director and, most recently, as Associate Pastor. He has sat under the mentorship of Pastor Joel Dickson for over 20 years and counting. David and his wife Stephanie have been married for over 13 years and have two very active children, Maggie and Ryun. Pastor David studied at Reformed Theological Seminary and Eternity Bible College. He enjoys hunting, running, coaching, watching documentaries, and being with his family.

Joel dickson
Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Joel Dickson and his wife, Gina, served Fowler Community for over 30 years before recently "retiring" from the ministry. Pastor Joel is the best blend of a mentor, friend, and pastor. With a servant's heart, he faithfully led Fowler Community for decades. Members of our church since 1985, the Dicksons have been a true pillar of our community. Currently working with our Children's Church, Joel and Gina continue to serve and love our church family.
Congregation
The Congregation is the governing body of the church. It comprises all members and is the final authority on matters of policy and program.
Elders
The Elders assist the Pastors as outlined in the constitution and bylaws. They are responsible for the annual evaluation of the pastor's performance as the congregation's spiritual leader.
Deacons
The Deacons cooperate with the Pastors and Elders in promoting the spiritual welfare of the church.
Deaconesses
The Deaconesses cooperate with the Pastors and Elders in promoting the growth and welfare of the church.
Trustees
The Trustees act as the legal agents of the church and are responsible for maintaining church properties.
Church Board
The Board is composed of officers elected by the Congregation or appointed by their respective groups.
